中欧时尚研究院（China-Europe Institute of Fashion）由香港高等商学院与中欧高校联合成立的国际性时尚研究院，是大中华区时尚界的专业商学院。由英国皇家学会工艺院院士、米兰理工大学（POLI.design）荣誉院士吴波博士担任院长。通过其专业的学术研究、案例化教学、商业与实践，为时装、纺织、配饰、设计、化妆品、香水、珠宝、葡萄酒、生活家居及百货零售业等领域培养了众多具有创新精神的企业家和时尚品牌高管。2021年，教育部中华优秀传统文化（江南染织）传承基地在中欧时尚研究院设立“高层次人才博士工作站。”

China-Europe Institute of Fashion is an international fashion institute jointly established by the Hong Kong Higher School of Business and China-European Universities as a professional business school for the fashion industry in the Greater China region.It is headed by Dr Wu Bo, a Fellow of the The Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce and Honorary Fellow of POLI.design,Politecnico di Milano. Through its professional academic research, case-based teaching, business and practice, it has trained many innovative entrepreneurs and fashion brand executives in the fields of fashion, textiles, accessories, design, cosmetics, perfume, jewellery, wine, lifestyle home and department store retailing.
China-Europe Institute of Fashion, as a secondary School of the Hong Kong Higher School of Business, is located in the centre of China's fashion industry,adhering to the educational philosophy of "seeking beauty and truth," offering Fashion EMBA and Fashion DBA courses in Europe (London, Cambridge, Milan) and China (Shenzhen, Shanghai, Hong Kong), and cooperates with universities in Europe, including the Royal College of Art, CSM, Moller Institute,Cambridge, POLI.design, Polytechnic University of Milan, and other world-famous universities. The China-Europe Institute of Fashion has many famous professors in the fashion industry, including six Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts（UK）, and an Honorary Fellow of the POLI.design, Polytechnic University of Milan, most of the professors have more than 20 years of practical experience in the international fashion industry and doctoral education background from famous European and American universities, they graduated from the University of Oxford, Royal College of Art(UK), Central Saint Martins, Boston University Questrom School of Business, MIT Sloan School of Management, France, Novotel Business School, the University of Hong Kong and other world-famous schools.
